
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is defined as observation without judgment. A judgement is a perception of something as either good or bad. When we move through our lives from the place of judgment, we are reinforcing old patterns and perpetuating our suffering.
Mindfulness teaches us to move through life without attachment to good or bad. This helps us to identify areas of attachment and release old patterns in order to live in our truth.
Our perception of the world and ourselves are largely based on other people’s perception of the world and how we believe they perceive us. These projected perceptions cloud our thinking and prevent us from being ourselves, in our authentic experience.
Typically, we are not even aware that we are moving through life on auto pilot. Making decisions based on past experiences that are painted with our preference and ultimately our attachment to that preference.
When we begin to practice mindfulness in our day to day lives, we begin to awaken to the way we’ve been moving through life. Our perception of the “truth” often stems from our attachments and beliefs of what it “should” be, keeping us from realizing and experiencing ourselves as we truly are. The “shoulds” that we buy into turn into beliefs that we buy into. These beliefs fragment our perception of reality turning fear into aspects of jealousy, limits, inadequacy, and mistrust.
We’ve all had experiences that leave us feeling less than, incomplete, lacking, disconnected and time bound; It’s a part of the human experience. I meet my clients where they are and help them process through their experiences. Together, we establish their deepest desire and identify the judgements, limiting beliefs and obstacles that are preventing them from achieving their goals and dreams.
Mindfulness Coaching isn't therapy or an alternative to it it, but it can be a compliment. Coaching doesn’t provide a quick fix but rather the tools one needs to be successful in life and achieve goals. The “work” is actually never done; healing is not a destination but a journey. Transformative healing involves the integration of past experiences into the present. My goal is to give my clients the tools they need to achieve their dreams independently and move through life with more ease and less suffering.

As your coach and guide, I hold safe space for you to discover the authentic truth of who you are as you grow and learn how to be in your experience more fully and authentically.

Practicing Mindfulness is a fundamental aspect toward mind, body and soul healing. I will guide you toward other holistic healing modalities that may enrich your practice such as meditation, breath work, Reiki energy healing, and more.

We’ll look at your current lifestyle, wellness practices, and goals. From this session you’ll gain insight and tools, and decide if continuing with coaching is right for you, right now.
6 - 12 sessions are recommended weekly / bi-weekly: 60 minutes, $75
