Hello Loves, I'm Lana. Welcome to The Sacred Garden. A space that embodies 22 years of my work and passions. As a Holistic Facialist, Lymphatic Drainage specialist, Reiki practitioner, Mindfulness Coach, spiritual mentor, and End of Life Doula, my passion is in helping women nurture their inner light. My Celtic and Native American roots inspire my work, and I'm grateful for the wise women who taught me the importance of ritual and caring for ourselves and each other. My mom was my greatest teacher and my favourite guinea pig. She not only inspired my love of skin care and treatments that made us feel good, but also instilled in me a deep compassion for those facing the end of their lives which led me to become an End-of-Life Doula in 2020. Caring for my mother until her passing in 2022 was the greatest privilege of my life. It deepened my understanding of the power of love and presence, and the sacred transition we call death.

Many years earlier, my love for the beach led me to Esthetics school in South Florida, where I later opened a small holistic skincare studio. When I moved back to Ontario in 2008, I worked with a cosmetic surgeon helping patients prepare for surgery. This included skin care, treatments, and supplementation to help fortify the skin, aiding the healing process in support of achieving optimal results. This was an incredibly valuable experience in my life. Being in my 20's, working with and learning from women of all ages during some of their most vulnerable times, I discovered much about myself and the demands we as women place on ourselves. I eventually moved into management and later dermatology, but my heart was always in working with women, one on one. As a Reiki practitioner and spiritual mentor of 11 years, I've learned how stress, coping mechanisms, and never feeling enough affects us, and our glow. I've discovered that when we're not practicing self-love, we're neglecting our energy needs, limiting ourselves and our potential in every way.

At Supernatural Wellness - where self-care meets sacred ritual, we focus on flow and nurturing our inner light. We work with energy, the lymphatic and fascia systems.
